(RIVER PARK BUILDING) To remodel an existing 2467 sq ft tenant space on the second floor by expanding into the adjacent 2125 sq ft office space to create one 4592 sq ft office area, work will include adding one new 20 minute fire rated door assembly to access through the existing tenant demising wall, this will create two separate rooms that will required one exit each, one will be into the nonrated corridor area, and one will be into the stair enclosure. The core area nonrated corridor, restroom areas, and stairenclosure are all under a separate permit, this permit is for the TENANT IMPROVEMENT AREA ONLY. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour fire-resistive substitution. The corridor on non rated based upon the occupanct load for each floor is less than 100 and the building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
