To upgrade the mechanical, electrical, sprinkler and alarm systems as required for the tenant use and the current adopted city codes. Work covered under BLD01-01345 & BLD01-02887 are required to be completed before final issuance of the permanent "Certificate of Occupancy", required as a condition of these permits, can be issued. The basement below the office area is approved only for SERVICE EQUIPMENT (electrical/mechanical) USE to the building as the current exit system does not meet the original or current code for any other type of use.
