(ST LUKES-SOUTH WING)(HVAC MODIFICATIONS) To modify the existing HVAC system in the ceiling of the Ground Floor "I" occupancy; to cut in a new opening through the 2-hour floor assembly & throufh the senconf level 2-hour roof assembly, per engineering (to be provided to the structural inspector for review and approval before starting the cutting process); to construct a new 2-hour shaft from the first floor penetration to the underside of the roof deck; and to install smoke/fire dampers, access doors and actuation devices at the first floor bottom of shaft and at shaft wall penetration above first floor ceiling.
