To perform elevator, fire alarm, and security upgrades to the Boise City Public Library. Work is to include new storefront doors, new doorways in front elevator shaft #1 at the 2nd and 3rd floors, new smoke control doors on all doorways in front elevator shaft #1, upgrades to the elevator machine room, security upgrades to selected doors, and the modernization of two elevators all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. Fire sprinkler heads affected by new construction shall be located to comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. This building has NOT been analyzed for code compliance.
