This project is for an extensive remodel/addition to an existing 2815s.f. single family dwelling. the work is to include adding 633s.f. of floor area; new roof system to the rear of the dwelling and fully engineered rear window wall construction. Any field welding will require special inspection per 1997 UBC chapter 17. Smoke detectors per UBC 310.9 are required. R-1C setbacks ok per rhj. All work to be per the approved plans and attached engineering and engineeriing details. All loading subject to change if the truss engineering depicts loads greater than the loads calculated by the engineereing supplied. If loads change the eng of record is to re-evaluate and submit changes to the structural inspector prior to rough frame signoff. pep
