After the expansion, the Master Control Room will have a floor area of 1221 square feet. This room is located in the 15,780 square foot basement of an existing building. Work is to include removing existing interior nonbearing walls, infilling door openings in an existing 1-hr corridor wall, installing a new 45 minute window in an existing 1-hr corridor wall, and expanding the access floor system all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
