Restrooms themselves do not meet current accessibility standards and will be required to be upgraded on any future remodel projects/permits. Work to include minor interior demolition work, some new interior walls, new 3' wide restroom doors, providing minimum maneuvering clearance at restroom doors, interior finish, suspended ceiling work, plumbing work, mechanical work, and electrical work.
