*BEDROCK CAFE* - Interior Application of Foam Plastics (EPS) W/ Approved Thermal Barrier of "FC-90 FOAM COAT FOAM PLASTIC PROTECTION", ER-5161. Per the ER-5161 report, ALL surfaces to receive the foam plastic & FC-90 application SHALL first be covered with gypsum board. The foam plastic is directly adhered to gypsum board W/ FC-90; after set-up, all re-maining portions of the EPS are encapsulated with FC-90 per report. Continuous 'SPECIAL INSPECTION' required during the application of the foam plastic W/ FC-90 to gypsum board & the application of the coating to all remaining portions of the foam plastic, to certify compliance with ER-5161, per 1997 UBC section 1701.5, #15, Special Cases. To upgrade accessibility to and within the facility per Appendix Ch. 11, at 20% of the project value. All per approved plans, to include copies of attached ER Reports for FC-90 (ER-5161) & Expanded Polystyrene (ER-4596 & 2728); attached plan review comments of reviewing agencies.
