This project is for the completion of an unfinished basement of 1400s.f. the project is to include inter ior non bearing walls to seperate 2-new bedrooms and a personal gym, and remodel the existing bath. There is to be a new double door to replace an existing sliding dor to the exterior from the basement. All per the approved floor plan as marked.
