(ST LUKES-SMOKING SHELTER RELOCATION) To relocate an existing 10' x 10' steel frame, metal roofed smoking shelter to a new location within the SLRMC Complex parking lot, and construct 30 lineal ft. of 6 ft. high wood fence to enclose on the north and east side of shelter per approved plans on file. Work includes site prep for pouring of new reinforced concrete slab with 12" x 12" x 24" depth column footings at four corners and to weld existing four corner columns to new base plat.
