This remodel/repair is fully engineered and will be subject to site visits by same for the documentation that the work is being done as designed. Seperate elec, plmg, and mechanical permits are required. Smoke detectors per UBC 310.9 are required Hard wired in all accessable areas. Special inspection is required for the epoxy imbeded bolting.
