To construct interior tenant improvements to an existing 1,046 square foot space on the 2nd floor of the Fidelity Building. This space will be used as a beauty salon. The shell was constructed under permit BLD01-01796. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, millwork, and finishes all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
