(A GO CART TRACK) To construct an indoor go cart track with accessory uses in an existing 26,409 sq.ft. warehouse space and construct a 740 sq.ft. mezzanine area per approved plans on file.Work will include, Installation of a mechanical system that will be interlocked with carbon monoxicide sensors to automatically initiate ventilation to remove any excess exuast, to construct a viewing mezzanine area per engineering, a dressing room and two new handicap accessible restrooms taht will be constructed on the other side of an existing four-hour area separation wall the door openings will be protected with three-hour automatic closing fire rated door assemblies, the openings through the CMU wall will be reinforced per attached engineeering, the repair area for the go-carts will be located at existing loading dock area, storage area for gasoline will be located in the adjacent loading dock area, fueling of Go-carts shall be done in these areas, A sand and grease interceptor is being installed in the repair area, the go-cart track will take up the remaining area.
