Description |
**(EL PARAIZO)** To fix and repair noncompling construction that was performed without obtaining the required permits. This was discovered by inspectors while performing an inspection to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy under MIS02-00055 to an existing 5,675 sq.ft. bar with dance floor for new tenant. Work will include, making the restroom that was constructed without a permit accessible to the disabled, this will include one accessible water closet stall, one accessible sink, the remaining three water closets and one sink must comply with the uniform plumbing code and will require a separate plumbing permit for inspection. Other work includes adding complying handrails to stairs and ramps, construction of one new ramp, adding proper exit signage and exit door hardware, to install one 60 minute fire rated door assembly at the new restroom location to maintain the required one-hour separations per UBC Section 904.2.3.1, all work is to be per the plans and the attached plan review notes. NOTE: THIS BUILDING IS NOT FIRE SPRINKLERED, THERE IS NO FOOD SERVICE ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT, THE TENANT MUST OBTAIN THE PROPER INSPECTIONS FROM THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO ANY FOOD SERVICE.
