This project is to move an existing garage from anothr property as inspected 4/16/2002 on MIS02-00096. New foundation for garage to be per condition 1.16 of the boise city wall bracing for light frame construction. Garage is to be attached to an existing single family dwelling. it is to require occupancy seperation per UBC 302.4 and natural light requirements per UBC 1203.2 for rooms adjacent to the attachment. Also the effected rooms are to have proper egress per UBC 310. Below grade windows to be infilled are to be per UBC 1402.4 for moisture protection. Smoke detectors per UBC 310.9 are also required.
