This project is for the completion of "expired" Building Permit No. BLD99-02179. The permit is for the framing reinforcment for the upper level floor and roof structure; extending the walls of the upper level storage attic spaces to create proper ceiling heights. The north space nearest to the stair is to be used as storage only as this project is an expansion of a nonconforming tri-plex that is approved for 1 (one) unit on the 1st level and 2 (two) units on the 2nd level. Per CAA02-00028. The studio apt # 201 is not affected by the remodel. Studio 202 is to now have a bedroom, new bathroom, walk in closet, and its own laundry room. The separate occupied spaces have been given specific address / unit numbers. The address is 1715 W Boise Avenue with Unit 101 for the main level; Unit 201 for the studio apartment on the 2nd level; and Unit 202 for the 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd level. There is a newly created area at the north side of the upper level that is allowed for a storage area only, not to be used as living space. This project includes a new metal roof, new siding, windows, fascia with new plumbing, electrical, for the expansion area, and a new HVAC system. MEC00-00925; MEC00-924; and ELE00-00992, have also been expired and will have to be signed off for final inspection prior to the sign off by the structural inspector. THE VALUE FOR THIS PERMIT WILL BE FOR 50% OF THE ORIGINAL PERMIT VALUATION OF $19,740=($9870) All work to be per the approved plans as marked and attached conditions. pep
