This project is for a remodel of an existing legal nonconforming duplex addressed as 3250 / 3252 W. Rose Hill St. Duplex in an R-1C zone; acknowledged by Ada County per April. Approved by ajb p/z... The project is to remove an existing tenant seperation wall and align same with the tenant seperation wall on the upper level. Then by adding interior non bearing partitions a bedroom can be added to each unit. The tenant seperation wall to be built must comply with !((& UBC 310.2.2 and the examples attached to this plan. There is also to be a complete draft stop installed in the attic area per 1997 UBC 708.3.1.2 and 708.3.2.1. and constructed per 708.3.1.3.
