This project is for a 258s.f. kitchen dining room addition to an existing 1200s.f. single family dwelling. Work is to include the removal of an existing exterior wall at the addition and supporting same with beams, and column per plan. Work also to include the rebuilding of and relocation of an exterior deck and hot tub at same. To comply with the 1997 UBC chapter 10. Smoke detectors per UBC 310.9 are required. Seperate electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permits are required. R-1C setbacks ok per ajb.
