(PROMO SHOP - 2ND FLR) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. To prepare a 2,409 square foot area on the 2nd floor of an existing 28,327 square foot building for an office tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, and interior finishes all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The existing accessible route provided from the public way to this tenant space shall be maintained available to the disabled. The existing first floor restrooms shall be maintained available to the occupants of this tenant space. Every occupant on the 2nd floor level and on the floor level above shall have unrestricted access, at all times, through this tenant space to the West stairway. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
