This project is for the installation of a demising wall that will seperate equal sides of an existing parking enclosure between dwelling units of a duplex and add garage doors to same. The new garages are to be seperated by 1-hour fire resistive construction and have a draft stop in the attic above. The occupancy seperation of r-3 / U-1 is to be confirmed by the structural inspector. All per the approved plan as marked. pep
