This kitchen remodel is the first of two phases that will also include an addition and exterior work that is not allowed in this permit. This permit may also include the reconstruction of an existing basement stair to meet the full winder requirements per UBC 1003.3.3.8.2 .as there are to be no exterior changes made in the historical district without the specific written approvel by the historic review board and DRH. pep
