This project is for the construction of a new front porch cover. The work will include the installation of new support columns and a 2X6 hand stacked gable type roof above to be incompliance with DRH02-00071 approved by martin santoyo. There is to be no work don on the steps at this project. If steps are done there is to be code complying landing and new review by the planning division. All per the approved plans as marked . pep
