To install and setup double wide enhanced manufactured home per approved plans and manufacturers requirements. Work to include 196 lineal foot of concrete footings and foundation around perimeter of home and construction of a free-standing 297 sq. ft. (one car) carport. Common drive to be completed before occupancy permit is finaled. Tie down documents must be on job at time of inspection. All inspections are required prior to occupancy.
