All work to be per the approved plans as marked and plot plan signed by Wayne Gibbs, with the removal of an existing porch that is constructed in the setbacks in the R-1C zone. Full compliance with 1997 UBC 310.9 for hard wired smoke detectors is required. Seperate electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and Erosion and Sediment Control are required. pep
