(MARQUIS CARE) To repair the exterior walls and roof damage to the southeast corner of the building, damaged as a result of runaway equipment hitting the building, per approved plans on file. Work to include removal of all damaged TJL trusses & replace with new TJL to match existing; to repair damaged outlookers, fascia & soffit;to replace roof sheating to match existing; to remove and replace damaged reinforced masonry, door and vent opening to match existing construction, at existing mechanical room. Provide engineering on trusses to strucutral inspector for approval processing. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered.
