To construct the support for a new folding partition at the 25 foot wide opening between a raised platform and an assembly room within an existing chruch building. A "WON-DOOR" acoustic folding partition will be installed. Work is to include two steel columns, laminated veneer lumber beams, a folding partition track, a folding partion, and patched interior finishes all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. The provisions for 1-hr fire-resistive construction shall be complied with. Because this building (including the platform) is already occupied and the tenant is NOT changing, a Certificate of Occupancy will NOT be issued. **CJW**
