This will create one tenant space of 11336 sq. ft. Work will include, infilling openings in the existing rated corridor, adding new rated entrance doors to the office area, removing a portion of an existing wall to create an access to the new portion, construction of new noncombustible partition, and miscelaneous related finishes.
