To remodel a 4,283 square foot retail sales tenant space within a 32,400 square foot one story building for a new retail sales tenant. Three fitting rooms are being constructed. One will be accessible to the disabled. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior finishes, and the expansion of the suspended ceiling all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The existing restroom shall be maintained accessible to the disabled as defined by ADAAG. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
