This project is for the remodel/addition to an existing breezway between a 796s.f. single family dwelling and a 585s.f. detached garage. There is to be a 302.4 occupancy seperation either on the garage side of the garage common wall or the breezway side of the dwelling common wall. See MIS02-00191. Plans submitted ar to reflect the already in progress construction of this project. All per the approved plot plan and section view as submitted. pep
