This project is for the extensive alteration of an existing 2-story single family dwelling. Work on the stair is to only be to open up the wall at the bottom to allow better access, and new railings as needed. Ther rise and etc is not to be changed to retain grandfathered non complying stairs. If the stairs are remodeled other than above they must comply fully with 1997 UBC 1003.3 New egress windows and skylights will also be installed along with misc plumbing , electrical, and mechanical. All rooms tp be remodeled per the approved floor plan as noted. Seperate elec, plumbing, and mechanical permits will be required. pep
