This progect is for the repair of a sagging floor system in an existing single family dwelling. The work to consist of the placement of new footings, support posts, and structural beams. All work is to be per the approved plans as marked and the attached engineering, and calculations. Please refer any changes to to this design must be approved in writing by the engineer of record and submitted to the building inspector for approvel prior to inspections. This woork is being done in an unfinished basement. Seperate permits will be required to finish this basement. pep
