Work to include upgrade of electrical, mechanical, fire alarm & sprinkler system for the proposed tenant use and to meet current adopted codes. To finish existing interior sheetrock walls; install a new suspended ceiling grid system; floor finishes and work stations, all per approved plans, to include red-line notes on plans and attached plan review comments from all reviewing agencies associated with plan approval and the issuing of this permit. NOTE: The major occupancy use of this faciulity is "I1.1" with accessory use "B", "S1", "I1.2" & "A3" occupancies. This building is fully sprinklered.
