To construct shell improvements to an existing 4,580 square foot tenant space within a 32,400 square foot one story retail sales building. This tenant space was created under permit BLD02-01927 by combining two tenant spaces. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. Selective nonstructural interior demolition is also covered under this permit. The tenant improvement work is covered under permit BLD02-0273.
