To add a 486 sq ft living room and bathroom on to an existing 1458 sq ft one story single family dwelling unit, to bring the total area to 1944 sq ft. Work to include, 4" concrete slab floor monolithic pour, 2x6 Stud wall 16" on center, truss roof system, the family room will have one 3'0" x 6'8" exterior door, 4'0"X4'0" window, and 6'0"x6'8" frech doors, and one 2'0"x2'0" window in the bathroom, The exterior will have a brick veener finish.
