Work to include demolition of southwest corner family room and the entire roof framing structure, removal of smoke or fire damaged materials, new concrete footings/foundation for new 300 sq. ft. family room addition at southwest corner, wood framed floor, wood framed walls, new engineered wood truss roof framing for entire house, some new interior walls, interior and exterior finish, new windows and doors, new hard-wired smoke detectors with battery back-up in locations required by code, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work.
