SOMERSET HILLS APARTMENTS-BLDG 1 * To add a new gas fired furnace in each apartment unit, shorteen full height nonbearing wall at kitchen and add eating bar, add a 8' X 12' exterior deck to the two bedroom and three bedroom units, add entry cover to each entry stair. Additional work covered with this permit include framing interior walls and dropped ceiling to enclose furnaces and cover duct work. All construction per the approved plans, attached engineering calculations and inspectors approvals. NOTE: The installation of smoke detectors are required to be installed in all sleeping rooms and rooms providing access to to sleeping rooms per UBC Section 310.9.1.2, UFC Section 1007.2.9.2. MJP
