Work includes removal of portion of existing cabinetry, installation of a new 20-minute rated door assembly in existing 1-hour corridor wall per section 1004.3.4, '97 UBC, to provide direct access to area noted as Central Control on plans. All framing to be non-combustible with 1-hour fire-resistive sheetrock covering and finish per chapter 8 of UBC. A "Letter of Completion / Compliance" is required for this project. PC#02-632/drs
