To remodel a 894 sq ft basement & a detached 460 sq ft studio dwelling unit above detached garage. Work will include, adding extra support to existing beam per attached engineering, new emergency egress window from bedroom in basement, remodel restroom & add new window to restroom, laundry room, and living room, new interior finishes to the studio apartment. Smoke detectors will be required through out both buildings per the attached conditions list requirements. All work to be per the plans and attached conditions list & Engineering. (rmh)
