(WINDER OFFICE) Remodel to an existing 2,000 sq.ft. building with a 1,934 sq. ft. basement, changing occupancy from an assembly nightclub to an office and storage tenant per approved plans on file and DRH02-00215. Work to include miscellaneous interior demolition work, new structural headers for new exterior windows, some new framing on front of building, new accessible restroom in basement, new fixtures in existing main floor restrooms, new interior walls, new interior doors and sidelights, new handrails with extensions on existing stairs, new guardrail around exterior stair opening, new suspended ceiling work, interior finish, new exterior E.I.F.S. system, new full fire sprinkler system in building, mechanical work including new HVAC rooftop unit, plumbing work, and electrical work. Rear (North) exterior door is the accessible entrance and must be unlocked during business hours. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved.
