(ST LUKES-MAIN LOBBY-1ST FLR)(EXPRESSO BAR RELOCATION) To relocate the existing espresso bar from current location across from gift shop to the southeast corner of the main lobby per approved plans. Wall construction to be of non-combustible framing with fire-resistive sheetrock covering applied thereto before the application of finish materials in compliance with Chapter 8, '97 UBC. Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire supression and alarm system modification to meet tenant needs and to comply with current adopted codes & ordinances. All work to be compatible for Type I-FR Construction per Table 6-A & Section 602, 1997 UBC. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered due to occupancy use groups.
