Tis project is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling that is to be used as a hospice type care facility with two (2) patient beds and full living quarters for the care giver. Scope of work to include the relocation of the waterheater from crawl to the utility room, the remodel of 2-bathrooms to make one accessable, and the construction of a code complying wheelchair ramp with landings and rails.
