(Hype Park Historic Rehabilitation) * To remove the interior wall & ceiling coverings to expose framing members for structural engineers observation, analysis and design purposes prior to submitting plans for remodel of building. Additional work included in this permit is to install temporary diagonal bracing for lateral support on the interior walls. Work on this building is limited to what has been specified in this permit and is approved for design only. There can not be any additional openings installed on the exterior of this building.
