(GRAEBER & CO - 1ST FLR) This building is fire sprinklered to allow the 5th story. To expand an existing 3,806 square foot tenant space in to an adjacent 515 square foot area. After the expansion this tenant space will have a floor area of 4,321 square feet. Proposed uses for the expansion area include massage, nail care, and a shower. Selective nonstructural demolition was done under permit BLD02-03012. Work is to include interior nonbearing 1-hr walls, a shower room accessible to the disabled, and interior finishes all per the approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
