Work to include some exterior demolition work, new concrete column footings/foundation, new structural framing for columns and parapet walls, one-hour rating west exterior column per location on property, new exterior E.I.F.S. finish system, new awnings, and electrical work. Existing storefront windows/door and brick veneer to remain. Special Inspection required for epoxy/adhesive rebar dowel installations at connection of new concrete footings/foundation to existing foundation. This is a Scope of Work Permit.
