(BUILDING CORE WORK AND 3-VANILLA FINISH SPACES-NO TENANTS) (EAGLESON PLACE II) Remodel to an existing 3,838 sq.ft. building with a 1,153 sq. ft. basement to construct new building core hallway/restrooms and creating (3) "vanilla finish" spaces on the main floor for future occupancy per approved plans on file. Work to include some interior demolition work, additional layer of 5/8" Type X drywall on roof-ceiling to comply with a one-hour assembly in lieu of a parapet on the one-hour rated west exterior wall per location on property, providing one-hour construction on basement side ceiling, new 1 3/8" solid core doors with seals and closers at doors accessing basement, new interior walls, new interior doors and windows, new exterior wall portion and exterior double doors in former overhead door opening, two new accessible restrooms, new suspended ceiling, interior finish, providing handrails on existing stairway, new second stairway with handrails from basement, two new floor joists and header at new stairway, new cabinet/sink, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work. Assistant Building Director, Jenifer Gilliland, has approved an upgrade agreement regarding the one-hour roof-ceiling in lieu of a parapet for the existing one-hour rated west exterior wall. An additional layer of 5/8" Type X drywall will be added for all of the building except in future tenant Suite #103. The additional layer in this space will be provided at time a tenant wants to occupy the space under a separate permit or within a time period of 2 years maximum. No occupancy allowed under this permit. Separate permits required for any tenants that want to occupy the "vanilla finish" spaces or the basement. This is a Scope of Work Permit. Letter of Completion to be issued when done. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. (PC#0820-02) JCB
