This permit is a follow up of BLD99-02660 "(To construct a 336 sq. ft. storage shed in the rear yard of a existing residence. NO foundation is being poured and all joist and support members need to be presure treat or redwood. Per approved plans and all red-lining. (sam)"..Tha has expired due to limitation. The noncomplying setbacks are ok per Wayne Gibbs with condition that "NO UTILITIES OTHER THAN ELECTRICAL ARE ALLOWED FOR THIS STRUCTURE." The permit is now to read. construct a 336s.f. noncomplying detached storage building with a foundation to allow for ground clearance per 1997 UBC. There is now a non enclosed 126s.f. shed type roof attached to the forward end of the structure. as this building is now 400s.f. + in plan view area the support foundation for this shed roof must comply with 1997 UBC 1806.1 for frost protection. Conventional framing practice is to be used for the roof construction of this building. Seperate electrical permit is required. All per the approved plans with date of 1/3/2003. pep
