This project is for the repair of and the leveling of an existing single family dwelling. Work to include the necessary excavation to install "CHANCE HELICAL ANCHORS" as needed per the engineer of record/contractor on the project. All placement of piers are to be per the approved plot/floor plan along with the attached installation requirements and soils report attached.
