This project is for the refinishing the wall coverings in the interior of an existing single family dwelling. Work is to include the framing in of an existing non complying stairway and building a new stairway and access/egress from a basement bedroom. The two end walls of the carport area are to be removed to comply with req of carport. Seperate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits will be required.
