(FAIRVIEW TECH CENTER) New exterior modifications and canopy additions to an existing 69,516 sq. ft. vacant building per approved plans on file. Work to include two new entry/exit canopies on the south side of building, three new overhead doors/openings in existing exterior concrete walls, structural steel work, reinforced concrete footings/foundation, new exterior finish details, installation of an exterior EIFS system on canopies and for a cornice detail on three exterior walls of building, fire sprinkler work, fire alarm work, and electrical work. No occupancy allowed under this permit. Separate permit required for any tenant to occupy the building or any portion of the building. This is a Scope of Work Permit. Letter of Completion to be issued when done. Special Inspection required for structural field welding, steel frame joint details, concrete reinforcement, bolts in concrete, and epoxy/adhesive anchor installations.
