This project is for the remodel of the kitchen area of an existing single family dwelling. Work to include the upgrade of the electrical as needed in the kitchen and bath area also to replace fixtures as necessary. There will also be a new gas service run to the new range and gas heating appliance. Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits will be necessary.
